Types of Questions

Structural

Interview will ask questions that are predetermined.   i.e.; They will ask questions that are prepared before interview and also they require the correct predetermined answers from the candidate.

Unstructured

There is no predetermined questions. Interview will ask questions about anything that he feel at that time.

Mixed

In this interviewer may ask both structural and unstructured questions.

Behavioral

Interview will ask questions or do something to know about your behavior in a different condition.

Stress

Interviewer may ask questions to make you stress. Don't be upset, keep a smile on your face throughout the interview.

You should expect to be asked some of the following questions. This will help you to be more prepared and effective when making your responses.

During Opening Section

  • May I see your Resume
  • Why are you interested in joining our company?
  • What attracts you to our company?
  • What you think what you can do for us?
  • Tell me your experience.

Regarding your Motivation

  • Is your present employer aware of your interest in a job change?
  • What is the ideal job for you?
  • What you would like to be doing for some years from now?

Regarding your Payment

  • What do you expect?
  • Why we should pay you that much? Why you believe you are qualified for so much?
  • What is the minimum payment do you will accept?
  • We can't pay the salary that you ask for, would you be willing to start working in that lower?
  • What do you accept to be earning 5 yrs from now?
